About H.E.A.D.

H.E.A.D. was founded in early 2003 by six earnest young staffers of Foote Cone & Belding, San Francisco. Since then, our members have lived the ideals of H.E.A.D.: respect for tradition, lifelong friendship, devotion to the art of cocktailing, dedication to responsible hangover prevention, commitment to our bartenders, and the highest of standards in Friday evening agency merrymaking.

The demise of agency-sanctioned Friday night Happy Hour festivities was a black cloud under which the founding members of H.E.A.D. sought to prevail. With stringent and sacred guidelines, these six brave souls forged new ground, at their own expense, to summon the spirit of the salad days -- Friday night Happy Hour.
